Phraseology
Tunezheimers
A condition expressed when a player kicks a tune only to realize they didn’t really have the tune. This is a common symptom experienced by nearly all traditional Irish musicians at one point or another. This malady can also manifest itself in other forms such as kicking a tune which mysteriously morphs into another somewhere after the A part or, more commonly among seasoned players, simply not remembering the name of the tune.
